Leslie & Ferenc
This Memorial day we sat in traffic headed to Galveston for 2 hours. But it was worth it! I had been planning on taking photos at this train yard, but to my surprise there was a new addition- a 1950s liner that was out of commission. I’m not sure if Ike is responsible for this find, but I was psyched. We started off at the Strand since Leslie & Ferenc’s theme is going to be Alice in Wonderland. There’s just something about giant chess pieces. That was just warm up, I then got to have my fun at the rusted out liner. Later that night J had to go back in the dark to get a light stand we left aboard and he said it was one of the creepest moments of his life. There was this strange music that seemed to come from no where and I bet Tetanus can be a bit scary. A pretty good adventure. Thanks Leslie & Ferenc for being such good sports!
